Our raw material area contains all kinds of metal&plastic, we keep several types of hot ABS,PC,Aluminum, which can be used for various plastic&metal product. We don’t keep stock for special material such as PTFE,Food Grade meterial,ect.
Working shop is the manufacturing center of our factory, we have all the equipment for various plastic&metal work like CNC Milling machine, Injection Mould machine, punching machine, bending machine, welding machine…etc. Please see the equipment list in the bottom of this page.
Automatically Anodizing&Painting line is the most important factor for the quality of surface finish, which is also the most important quality factor for products. To ensure the quality of Anodizing&Painting, we use Swiss made automatically Painting line, with manual spay for the corners which automatic gun difficult to reach..
We do all the packing job in the packing zoon, 3000 square mter can stock more than 30 container load of goods, we used to ship more than 20 container for single project.
