Since the company establish, Panida put quality first as the most important principle of company, quality concept is through all the process of our job.
1 .Panida only select quality row material from famous supplier. the raw material for products are mainly PC, ABS, Aluminum 6 serials, and the surface finish with AKZO NOBEL or DUPONT Nontoxic paint by static airless resin spraying technology, it ensured the stable performance of product. We can offer mill certificate for each lot of production to make sure it’s from qualified supplier.
2. Panida has excellent equipment to ensure the quality and tooling accuracy of product.

Our QC process is as below:
Raw material inspection by purchasing Dep. → Inspection after raw material cutting by Manufacturing Dep. → “Next” producing-process inspect “last” step during manufacturing by worker and Manu. Dep → Raw product inspection before surface finish by Manu. Dep. → Inspection before packing by QC Dep. → Final inspection before shipment by QC Dep. Welcome for third part inspection from customer or individual organization.
