SLA

Laser rapid prototyping technology is based on 3 d technology and computer controlled scanning and layered fast discrete principle, forming the accumulation of material to liquid photosensitive resin, after uv laser scanning, layered polymerization curing accumulation finished.

Shenzhen Panida Industrial company as one of the earliest Chinese national rapid prototyping service center, has accumulated rich experience in laser forming, the 3 d SYSTEMS adopted by the company’s laser molding machine and the HUNTSMAN corporation with photosensitive resin RenShape SL7810, making precision up to + / – 0.1 mm.

CNC

Shenzhen Panida Industrial company has introduced many sets of Japan Fanuc, high speed machining center equipment, the maximum speed of 24000 r/min, the machining accuracy of + / – 0.05 mm.Specially used in automotive, medical and other large pieces of sample processing.Material is available in ABS, PC, PP, PMMA, POM, nylon, aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy, bakelite, etc.

Vacuum casting

Under vacuum conditions in castable for deaeration, stirring, preheating, note type, and at 60 ℃, 80 ℃ in the constant temperature box of 2 to 3 hours of secondary curing process. Suitable for small batch trial production of the product development process, the structure is relatively complex, uniform wall thickness, satisfy a certain functional requirements of test samples.

Technical parameters :

Applicable mould: silicone mold life (10-20); resin mold (100);ABS mould (more than 100).

Casting materials: a two-component polyurethane PU.

Properties: like ABS, PP, PMMA/PC transparent, soft rubber parts shore (40-90), high temperature (150 ℃), fire prevention materials and so on.

General working time: 1-4 hours/units

Standard replication accuracy: + / – 0.15 mm / 100 mm

Casting sample thickness: minimum 0.5 mm, best of 1.5 mm to 5 mm

The biggest casting workpiece: 2000 x1200x1000mm.

RIM

 Reaction Injection Moulding-RIM. Is applied to the rapid mould products production of a new technology, it will be a two-component polyurethane materials, after mixing in normal temperature and low pressure injection mould, fast through material polymerization, cross-linking, cure the chemical and physical processes such as forming products. With high efficiency, short production cycle, the advantages of simple process, low cost. Suitable for small batch trial production in the process of product development, and small batch production, the structure is simple and large thick wall covering parts and uneven thickness products production.

Technical parameters :

Applicable mould:resin mold (more than 100);ABS mold (More than 300);Aluminum alloy mold (more than 1000).

Casting materials: a two-component polyurethane PU.

Physical properties: similar to PP/ABS.Products with ageing resistance, impact resistance is strong, fit degree is high, easy handling, etc.

General working time: 15-30 minutes/parts, parts under the environment of 80 ℃ after demoulding curing 2-4 hours.

Standard replication accuracy: + / – 0.20 mm / 100 mm

Casting sample thickness: 10 mm biggest casting thickness.

The largest casting workpiece: 2000 x1200x1000mm, 10 kg.
